With years of experience in the real estate/ conveyancing industry, Tanya has transferred properties all around South Australia, with local knowledge of the beautiful Mid North and Clare Valley regions.

Tanya Williams, a Registered Conveyancer and the Director of Williams + Co Conveyancing, hails from the picturesque Mid North of South Australia. With an impressive 20 years of real estate experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Tanya’s commitment to local communities shines through her work.
Having served as a conveyancer for nearly a decade, Tanya has assisted numerous clients throughout their real estate journeys. From guiding first-time homebuyers in their initial property purchases to helping their children secure their own homes, Tanya’s expertise has left a positive impact on many.
Her dedication to the field is evident, and her passion for real estate and community development continues to drive her work. Whether it is navigating property transactions or ensuring smooth conveyancing processes, Tanya’s commitment to her clients remains unwavering.
Tanya has always maintained her Certified Practising Conveyancer (CPC) status over the years which ensures she keeps up to date with the ever-changing legal requirements within the profession as well as improving skills by attending professional development training on a regular basis. She is an active member of AICSA (Australian Institute of Conveyancing SA), including the Best Practice Groups.
She is also a member of SA Woman Australia and the Clare Valley Business & Tourism Association.
